    • Start with 181cm B Drive Belt which is the one at the bottom. Insert the belt through the hole on the XL part.

    • Pass the belt around the motor pulley.

    • Pull the belt and continue the installation by passing through the A Drive.

    • Pass the belt through the XR bottom side, slightly bend the end of the belt to help smooth pass around the idler pulley inside the XR carriage. The belt will make a 90-degree turn as seen in the video.

    • Now you successfully installed the B Drive Belt. We will be installing the tensioners at the end.

    • Start with passing the belt through XR Carriage and slip it in A Drive.

    • Pass the belt around A Drive Motor Pulley.

    • Pass the belt from B Drive and then XL Carriage. Bend the end tip of the belt slightly for a smooth pass through the idler pulley inside the XL. Belt will make a 90 degree turn towards the extruder.

    • Pass the cable through the Left tensioner. Both tensioners are identical, you should use L side up when inserting to YL Carriage. And then pass the cable around the idler pulley but again bend the tip of the belt to ease the turn. Try to align the belt with the pulley when pushing in.

    • Pass the belt around the Right tensioner. As mentioned, both tensioners are identical. Just use the R side up when inserting into YR Carriage. Bend the tip of the belt slightly and slip the belt around the idler on XR. Try to align the belt with the pulley while pushing in.

    • Get the belts and align the ends with the belt lock part. Leave a 5mm piece on both ends and hold it.

    • Get the other part of the belt lock and place it as seen and use an M3 x 6 screw to lock the belts.

    • Use two M3 x 8mm to mount the left side of the Extruder carriage.

    • Hold the belts on the right side as you did with the left. Align the first part of the belt lock. Place the second part and tighten the M3 x 6mm locking screw.

    • Use two M3 x 8mm screws to assemble the belt lock on the Extruder Carriage.

    • Insert the tensioners in Y carriages. Screw the tensioner screws superficially, do not tighten them yet.

    • Check the belt positions on the back of the printer. They should be aligned with the idler pulleys.

    • Pull the X-Axis to the front. Slowly tighten the belts by ensuring both sides of the X-Axis is flush with the Y Carriages.

    • Please use the tuner app to tune the belts. XY belt tensions should be 65-68Hz. Z belt tensions should be 80Hz.
